Bonuses and promotions on online betting platforms can often cause confusion. Big numbers catch your eye, but the actual terms are hard to make sense of. AC88 does things a little differently — every offer's terms are written in plain language, with no small-print traps.
On this page, you'll find all of AC88's currently active promotions in one place, along with a clear breakdown of how each offer works.
AC88's welcome bonus offers up to 150% on your deposit. That means if you deposit ৳10,000, you receive an additional ৳15,000 in bonus funds — bringing your total balance to ৳25,000. However, a wagering requirement applies. A 12x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 12 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it.
Say you receive a ৳5,000 bonus. To withdraw it, you'll need to place a total of ৳60,000 in bets. This doesn't have to be done all at once — you can work through it gradually, at your own pace. Each bet is deducted from your bonus balance, so it's worth keeping track. Sports bets generally have a lower multiplier, making it easier to clear your wagering requirements.
Cashback is the simplest of all promotions. A portion of what you lose during the week comes back to you. AC88's 10% cashback has no wagering requirements — it goes straight into your main balance and can be withdrawn immediately.
Say you lost ৳8,000 over the course of a week. The following Monday morning, ৳800 cashback will be credited to your account automatically — no claim required, completely hassle-free.
For regular weekly bettors, the reload bonus is a significant perk. The Sports Reload offers up to ৳5,000 in bonus funds, while the Casino Reload gives up to ৳3,000. You can claim both as long as you make separate deposits for each.
To claim a reload bonus, you need to make a deposit within 24 hours of receiving the offer email. Make sure you're subscribed to AC88's newsletter and have mobile notifications turned on so you never miss out.
The Big Match Free Bet is one of the most popular offers around. On big match days, a ৳500 free bet means all the winnings are yours if you win — and if you lose, none of your own money is at stake. You just need to meet the wagering requirements.
AC88 offers this free bet for major matches including the T20 World Cup, IPL, BPL, and Premier League. Offer dates and terms are updated on the promotions page each week.
There's no separate application needed to join AC88's VIP program. Points accumulate automatically as you bet regularly, and once you hit a certain threshold, you move up to the next VIP tier. There are five tiers in total, from Bronze all the way up to Platinum.
VIP members enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including higher cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, a dedicated account manager, and special offers not available to regular members. Platinum members also receive invitations to exclusive events and tournaments.
Every promotion has a few key terms worth understanding. The wagering requirement (x-multiplier) tells you how many times the bonus amount you need to wager. The validity period tells you how many days you have to complete the wagering. The minimum odds tell you the lowest odds a bet must have in order to count toward the bonus wagering.
Every offer on AC88 has a "Terms & Conditions" section right alongside it, where all details are clearly laid out. If anything is unclear, just ask via live chat — our support team will walk you through it.
Only one active bonus is allowed at a time. Cashback, however, works independently — it keeps accumulating in the background even while another bonus is active. Daily login bonuses and Lucky Wheel spins are also available to use at any time, regardless of your current bonus status.
You cannot withdraw while a bonus balance is active — the wagering requirements must be met first. However, your own deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time. If you want to withdraw only your main balance and forfeit the bonus, there is an option in Account Settings to cancel the bonus.
Most bonuses are credited automatically — no code required.

Straight-to-the-Point Answers
A cancelled or suspended match is a familiar situation in betting, especially in rain-affected cricket. Under AC88's rules, if a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets placed on that match are fully refunded. The stake is returned to your balance within 24 hours.
Once a match has started and enough play has taken place — such as the minimum number of overs being completed in cricket — the result is determined via the D/L method or applicable international rules. In that case, bets are settled according to that result.
If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the bet is restructured around the remaining selections, excluding the voided leg. If you have any questions about a result, check your betting history for a full breakdown or reach out via live chat.
Yes, AC88 offers several effective responsible gaming tools. You can find them under the "Responsible Gaming" section in your Account Settings.
Once these limits are set, any changes or removals take effect after 24 hours — not immediately. This cooling-off period helps protect you from making impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment.
